Benefactor was the first Quest in Act 2 Chapter 4: Challenge Accepted, and was released on December 10, 2014. As part of the Prologue Initiative, this Quest was retired from the game on November 10, 2021.
It was preceded by 2.3.6: Whispers and succeeded by 2.4.2: Purpose.

Thanos: Summoner, I witness this mysterious benefactor myself! Thanos: Cloaked in shadow, commanding the Collector. The Collector: What a mirthful story, Thanos. Did you witness a ghost as well?
