Black Widow: That’s a kind way of saying that we got our butts kicked in seconds, Tony.
Iron Man (Infinity War): A cosmic suckerpunch is still a suckerpunch, Nat.
Iron Man (Infinity War): On the bright side, I think I can work around the communications issue. Right now the tears in reality are absorbing our broadcasts.
Iron Man (Infinity War): I can manually modify the frequency to something that will orbit and slingshot off the tears, and get us back in contact. Give me a few minutes.
Carina: Anything to get us back in touch with the other members of the Council. Thanks, Tony.

Carina: Alright... we were able to reach a few of the Council members.
Carina: According to Doctor Strange they’ve been scattered, with a few holding defenses against the divergents in their own territories.
Carina: It looks like Kang’s Paradox Engine has opened the floodgates for his new “friends.”
Carina: For now, we’re on our own. They’re barely keeping their homes stable as it is.
Iron Man (Infinity War): Sounds like Kang’s little toy is our target, then.
Guillotine: I will take great pleasure in bisecting it.

Carina: We know what we’re after, but we’re gonna need backup. With reality still warping, my powers aren’t responding predictably, or safely.
Iron Man (Infinity War): And the cosmic forces at play are pure havoc on anything high tech. I hate to say it, but I think magic is the answer.
Guillotine: Perhaps we should make a housecall to the docteur, non?
Carina: Yes, definitely. At the very least, we’ll be able to help him defend the Sanctum Sanctorum.
Carina: Gwen, stay here with the Avengers, and don’t... Well, don’t do anything.
Gwenpool: Okay...
