It is preceded by 7.1.1: Reboot and succeeded by 7.1.3: Recycle.

Dialogue

Carina: It's not a ton to go on, but given the characters here in the Battlerealm I'll take it: we're looking for career criminals!
Carina: If anyone is dragging up the Black ISO Mafia from the muck, they'll need some serious lifting power to do it.
Carina: And nothing gives strength to hoist like the ISO-Sphere.
Carina: It fits the profile, too; when the Cabal fell apart, the Mafia swooped in and picked up the remains of the organization they served.
Carina: Benefits of working under their thumb, I guess.
