- Transmission #1 - Upon starting the Quest
The Grandmaster: You're back in my Contest for 10 minutes and you already enact a plan to ruin it. That has got to be some kind of record.
Doctor Doom: Ah yes, taunt Richards if that helps you. When Galactus arrives, he will break the contestants out of this prison and you'll return to being the ruler of nothing. The Grandmaster: If you survive that long. Doctor Doom: Despite the best efforts of your Summoner, Doom still stands. In fact, they may have pulled their punches since they realized Doom and Richards are the best bet of escape.
Invisible Woman: And while I may not agree with him fully, I need to stand by my husband. The Grandmaster: How sweet. Unfortunately, you're not facing just me and my wrath. The Grandmaster: You see, there are many whom are not fond of the idea of the oversized maniac taking a bite of their home with them still inside. The Grandmaster: Which is why I present to you... The Grandmaster: The Trial of Reed Richards: Egomaniac vs the People.

Doctor Doom: A trial? Seems too drab to be one of your games. The Grandmaster: Drab? You wound me. Is it boring to want the two sides to face one another, raising their concerns in order to properly judge this man of his actions? The Grandmaster: Besides, this is a trial, not a negotiation. You will participate.
Mister Fantastic: I guess talking this out would be a nice change of pace. The Grandmaster: Perfect! Now, each side choose your champions for the first trial of innocence! Mister Fantastic: What? The Grandmaster: Trials of innocence! Both sides choose champions to fight for their point. Whomever wins the battle, is correct for the sake of that argument! The Grandmaster: At no point did I ever say we would just talk this out.
Thing: I may not be a law guy, but I'm pretty sure dat's not how the judicial system works. The Grandmaster: Why would you think that I, an Elder of the Universe, would lower myself to learning the democratic practices of the lowly humans?

The Grandmaster: You want something more in line with your Earth customs? Fine! I will be sure to judge all that proceeds here. Let us start with the accusations. And who better to do that than... The Grandmaster: RONAN THE ACCUSER!
Ronan: You all are guilty of treason and attempted genocide on a cosmic level! Ronan: These actions call for none other than death for all involved! Mister Fantastic: That's ridiculous! Galactus will destroy an empty planet and break us all out of this prison Grandmaster keeps us locked in. The Grandmaster: Interesting points from both sides, though I know who I'm rooting for.
Human Torch: Of course, why would anyone expect the Grandmaster to play fair. Summoner, do you think you can deal with this loud mouth? The Grandmaster: The pawns are in place, let the trial begin!
