A Combo is a chain of attacks performed in sequence, usually by Light and Medium Attacks. A combo can range from 2 to 5 hits, and the most common Combo is the Medium, Light, Light, Light, Medium combo.
Terminology[]
- Combo-Ending Attack: An attack that ends a Combo, preventing more attacks from being chained on after it is performed. This includes the fourth Light Attack, and the second Medium Attack.
- Combo Meter: A counter that keeps track of your Combo. The Combo Meter starts at 0, and increases by 1 for every attack that strikes the opponent. The Combo Meter is reset to 0 when struck. Blocked hits do not add to the Combo Meter, nor do they reset one.
