Courage of the Lion is the first Quest in the first Chapter in the Story Event Rise of the Black Panther.
It is succeeded by Will of the Warthog.

Caption: The Illuminati, led by Doctor Strange, have been scrambling to procure Infinity Stones and head Thanos off at every turn. They are losing.
Caption: After an epic battle to secure the chaos stone, our heroes are reeling, but a suicidal plan by Black Panther might turn the tide of war, or at least buy our heroes some time...
Storm: T'Challa, at least tell us where you are going. We can't keep these secrets - especially if it is life or death as it so often is with you!
Captain America: Ororo is right, T'Challa. It's a tactical error leaving us in the dark on your whereabouts... where did you even get this intel?
Black Panther (Civil War): It's too risky. If I bring you along, who will remain to protect Wakanda in this reality?
Winter Soldier: Too many people. We need to get somewhere more secure if we're going to talk more.

I suppose you'll need to know what we're going to do then? Let me tell you... Black Panther (Civil War): Ororo, do you remember the man who called himself "Killmonger?" Storm: Erik? The pretender to your throne? Didn't you exile him years ago? Black Panther (Civil War): In this reality, yes...

Black Panther (Civil War): When Erik stormed my throne room, I dispatched of him and banished him forever. But in another reality... Black Panther (Civil War): In another reality, the man known as Killmonger possessed a power not his own. He used it to overpower my defenses. Black Panther (Civil War): That Killmonger brought the entire kingdom of Wakanda to heel, and those who remained alive had a choice: submit to his rule, or die... Captain America: So what do you plan to do? How does this help us stop Thanos? Black Panther (Civil War): We are going to travel to that reality, and we are going to take the power he used to steal my throne.

The Collector: He is indeed, and though Shuri might be a genius, she hasn't yet matched the power of an Elder. Captain America: Eyes up Summoner! The Collector is here! Engage! Black Panther (Civil War): Hold your weapons! Hold! Taneleer is here on my request. He is the source of my intel, and he is how we are going to get to that other reality.
