Defiance was the fourth Quest in Act 3 Chapter 3: The Purpose, and was released on December 10, 2014. As part of the Prologue Initiative, this Quest was retired from the game on November 10, 2021.

It was preceded by 3.3.3: Dominance and succeeded by 3.3.5: Supercharged.

Dialogue

The Collector: Maestro, I cannot get Ultron to obey the Contest. He is immune to the Iso-Spell.
Ultron (Classic): I am nobody's pawn!
Maestro: Very well, Ultron. Which leaves me few options. Do I expel you from the Battlerealm?
Maestro: Or reduce you to a pile of molten metal?
