Exhaustion is a non-Damaging detrimental effect that reduces Critical Damage Rating, decreasing the damage bonus of the owner's Critical Hits. It is mostly found in Science Champions.

For Invisible Woman , Luke Cage and She-Hulk , each stack of Exhaustion also reduces Ability Power Rate by a flat 25%. For Spider-Man 2099 , the reduction is a flat 15% each.

It has the opposite effect of Cruelty, which increases Critical Damage Rating.
