Electro is a Science Champion. Being a Science Champion, he has a Class Bonus against Mystic Champions, but is weak to Skill Champions.
Bio[]
Max Dillon was just an electrical engineer doing his job. But a lightning strike turned him into the menacing supervillain known as Electro! With the ability to command up to a million volts of electricity, deliver lethal shocks, or shoot lightning, he has become an infamous criminal, and adversary to Spider-Man.
Mechanics[]
Electro is a force to be reckoned with (with his Signature Ability). He has easily accessible Stun and formidable Energy Damage output on contact. His Shock Resistance not only counters challenging nodes and Champions, but also boosts his own attack as well.

Passive
- Electro takes no damage from Shock effects and each Shock grants Electro +X Attack and +15% Static Shock damage.

- Enemy Shock effects gain +75% Ability Accuracy and Duration.
Dev Notes: Electro’s resistance to Shock damage makes his a key counter to opponents who rely on both Passive Shocks and Shock Debuffs.
When Attacked
- Opponents that make contact with you receive a Static Shock for 38% of the damage they inflicted as Energy Damage. This damage is Science based, dealing increased damage to Mystic Champions and reduced damage to Skill Champions.
Dev Notes: Although this ability is mainly for Electro’s on Alliance War defense or in Quests, the Energy Damage inflicted could save you in a pinch.

Electrostatic - Passive
- Building Power levels in both players charge the atmosphere, increasing Critical Rating by up to X based on the stored Power in both Electro and his opponent.

Electricity writhes along the arena floor in a high-voltage wave of destruction.

Special 3 - Electrocution
Storing over a million volts, Maxwell Dillon embodies electricity itself to wreak havoc on his opponent.
- 90% chance to Stun for 4.5 second(s).
Dev Notes: The longer Stun duration can open up new opportunities to build up power again for a follow up Special 1!

Strengths[]
- Full Shock Resistance
- Electro cannot take damage from Shock effects and he gains extra attack rating from it, this makes him valuable for Shock lanes in a quest.
- Formidable defender in Alliance War
- Electro deals Static shock damage to those who touch him, allowing him to deal damage even if he's not hitting back. Bring a champion who has non contact attacks like Havok or champs that reduce defensive Ability Accuracy.
Weaknesses[]
- Reliant on Signature Ability
- His signature ability grants him a large crit rating when he has high power. Use this for the extra damage output.
- Static Shock deals reduced damage to Skill Champions
- To fight Electro conveniently, use a Skill champ to reduce the amount of damage taken.
- Stun Immune opponents negate Electro’s special attack bonuses
