Frank Strange is, as his name suggests, a combination of The Punisher and Doctor Strange. As such, his moveset is a combination of the Punisher's moveset and Doctor Strange's moveset.

Electro Luke is one of nine unplayable Champions exclusive to M.O.D.O.K., Mo' Problems. The others are Boltagon the Accuser, Cyverine, Darren Cross, Electro Luke, Spider-Witch, Star-Kang, Superior Fist, and Unstoppable Ant.
