Doctor Strange: As soon as the Collector learned about the warring factions in his Contest, he moved to shut down the leaders. And he succeeded; more than once.
Doctor Strange: But there are countless alternate-universe Champions here. For every fallen Captain America or Iron Man, more hardened and war-like versions would take their places, further escalating the conflict.
Doctor Strange: Do not be fooled: The two generals sitting atop their armies are not the peace-loving heroes you once knew, or even the ones you may fight alongside. They are the distilled essense of the worst traits in each man.

Doctor Strange: We need your knowledge of the Battlerealm to locate a person. Even in my circles he was rumoured as naught but legend: A silent warrior sitting at the crossroads of this conflict.
Doctor Strange: He is called... the Civil Warrior.
