Featured Hero Crystals are a type of ChampionCrystal sold for a limited time with higher rate of granting a specific Champion. Typically, the newest Champions are paired as a Crystal drop alongside the Champion who preceded them. After enough time has passed, the Crystal is rereleased with an increased drop rate for its specific Champion. While Featured Champion Crystals can be purchased with Units, they are sometimes also available as limited time microtransactions.
