Manifest Destiny is the first Quest in Act 7 Chapter 4: Kangdom Come, and was released on March 23, 2022. It contains 6 paths and has 7 Opponents per path, with Darkhawk 
, Guillotine 2099 or Ultron as the final boss.
It is preceded by 7.3.6: Death May Die and succeeded by 7.4.2: Tempting Fate.

Caption: As the last of the rifts close, a ringing silence falls around the gathered, the Galactorum left damaged but stable.
Caption: Kang retreats slowly, wounded and wearing a confident grimace. Energy fizzles off of his suit, dissipating into the air as the divergent power leaves him.
Kang the Conqueror: You may have stopped me, but you didn’t stop the call. They are already here! An army beyond reckoning! Kang the Conqueror: DID YOU THINK KANG THE CONQUEROR WOULDN’T HAVE A CONTINGENCY PLAN?! Caption: Before he can be questioned further, a stable portal opens in reality, but only a single figure strides through.
Superior Kang: What… is this place? Kang the Conqueror: Just… one? Well, you’ll have to do! I have summoned you here, Kang! You will aid me in taking control of the Contest of Champions! Superior Kang: It has been some time since I called myself that. You address Superior Kang, the Conqueror. Superior Kang: No, I think I shall take ownership of this place myself. Your help will not be necessary, “Kang”. Kang the Conqueror: WHAT?! WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!!

Caption: The Conqueror paces about the Galactorum, as if assessing the Battlerealm’s current state.
Kang the Conqueror: NOW LISTEN HERE YOU OAF, THIS IS MY CAMPAIGN, AND-- Caption: Before Kang can complete his thought, the Conqueror turns and unleashes a blast of energy from his palm.
Caption: When the smoke clears, nothing but drifting smoke and crumbling ash remains where Kang once stood.
Superior Kang: Hmph.
Carina: Not how I would’ve handled it, but I try to stay out of familial disputes. Carina: Now that you’re done, how about you head on back where you came from, “Superior Kang”? Superior Kang: Interesting… in my Battlerealm, I toppled Thanos, the Maestro, even the scheming Elders… Superior Kang: ... but I do not recognize the two of you.

Superior Kang: Unfortunately, I cannot risk rogue variables in this new environment. My curiosity will simply have to remain unsated. Carina: I take it that’s a no, then? Superior Kang: My scanners picked up an interesting ecto-mechanical automaton nearby. I have taken control of its systems. Superior Kang: It should provide an interesting distraction while I attend to more pressing matters.
Guillotine 2099: My soul--and my body--in discord… like--ages--past! Guillotine 2099: IF I CANNOT DESTROY MY TORMENTOR-- YOU WILL HAVE TO SUFFICE!
Superior Kang: Unfortunately, I cannot risk rogue variables in this new environment. My curiosity will simply have to remain unsated. Carina: I take it that’s a no, then? Superior Kang: My network has discovered a hivemind system in the area. Very interesting tech you’re all keeping here. Superior Kang: I’ve rewritten its expected parameters. Enjoy this gift for as long as it allows you to live.
Ultron: Oh, is it good to be back online. And network is at... 98.9% availability! Better than expected for how long it’s been. Ultron: Working for Kang wasn’t very high on my list of to-dos... but I don’t have any options now, do I? Ultron: But I’ve always been an optimist. An opportunity to eliminate the Summoner once and for all is a real silver lining.
Carina: Kang, stay where you are! Superior Kang: Ah, you all escaped my little wind-up toy. I figured it would make an appropriate test, if nothing else. Superior Kang: You’re resourceful. Unknown to me. Dangerous. As I said, I can’t tolerate rogue variables. Caption: The Conqueror raises a hand toward Carina, Ægon, and the Summoner.
Ægon: Summoner, get down! Caption: Carina and Ægon dive in front of the Summoner as a wave of brilliant light flashes over all of them.
