Persistent Charge(s) is an ability.
Description
Persistent Charges are a statistic that a Champion can carry between fights within the same quest.
- commonly abbreviated to pc.
- They can appear in different forms, for Mephisto, for instance, starts quests with 3 pc's. He can gain one by defeating an opponent, and can earn up to 6. To use them, if he drops below 30% health, he can then gain Regeneration based on the number of pc's held.
