Power Cosmic

Power Cosmic is an ability.

Description

This ability is a buff that activates at the start of a fight, and if it ends for any reason, it will return in X seconds. It allows the Champion to rotate between different buffs in order, every X seconds: Power Rate, Fury, then Armor Up. Consuming this buff converts the dormant icon into an active buff and inflicts X Armor Break debuffs.
