Power Steal

Power Steal is a detrimental effect that drains Power from the opponent and grants a portion of power to the Champion. It is mostly found in Mystic Champions.

Power Steal Immunity or Resistance can prevent or reduce the potency of Power Steal effects.

• Power Steal is unaffected by immunity or resistance to Power Drain.
• Doctor Octopus 's Signature Ability states that he 'steals a percentage of the Power Drained', however this counts as a Power Drain and not Power Steal.
