Iron Man: Steve, call off your goon squad. You and I BOTH know this is bigger than us. Unless we win, we're stuck here forever. Captain America (WWII): Win? This "Contest" isn't built to be won, Tony. But you're letting yourself be played. Iron Man: Sounds like a loser's attitude to me. And what, you think the Collector is just going to show you to the exit when you politely ask to leave? Get real.
- Transmission #1 - Upon starting the Quest
Captain America (WWII): Stark means well, Summoner. I know him well enough to know that. But what he's after... it's a risky, careless move that will get people hurt. I just want to escape this place. Iron Man: Freedom, right? It makes for a good bumper sticker, Steve, but it's not very practical in the Battlerealm. Your ideals are blinding you to what's going on here. Captain America (WWII): So you've repeated to me, ad nauseum. But I see a hope, a sliver of a chance to get us and all of our friends out of here, cleanly, and I'm tired of trying to make you see reason. When I find a way, I'll let you know. Captain America (WWII): I just hope you haven't ruined our chances before then. Don't get in my way again. Iron Man: Just let him go. Cap thinks you can solve everything by just wanting it bad enough and applying elbow grease. We're gonna show him that you have to have a plan, too.
- Transmission #2
Iron Man: Summoner, take care of this Cap flunkie. Shouldn't be a problem for you, he's a real lightweight. Ant-Man: Ha-ha, very funny, Stark. You do know I retain my full weight when I shrink down, right? Ant-Man: And remember... it's not the size of the hands, it's the power of the punch that counts! Iron Man: Oooo, the weight of a full grown man. Scary stuff! Summoner, deal with bug boy. After that, you've got a date with the Illuminati.
