Civil Warrior: Ok, Castle. Who's your prime suspect?
Punisher: Not a hard one to guess. Skull on chest, "ray gun"... It's Jake Gallows, the "Punisher" of the year 2099.
Falcon: What? You guys have a franchise now?
Punisher: No association. He's just a copycat, just like many others... but with considerably more firepower.
Punisher: I say let them fight... whoever survives we'll take down.
Winter Soldier: Are you scared of him, Castle?
Punisher: Bring that clean face here and I'll show you who's afraid, Barnes.

Civil Warrior: They're not the same, Bucky. Frank can still find redemption. But his 2099 counterpart is a different story.
Civil Warrior: I checked Stark's database for any info on Jake Gallows. There's not much, but by all accounts he's become a full-fledged monster, unbound by morality.
Civil Warrior: He's known for disintegrating people who break even the most trivial laws. He'll murder Carnage in cold blood, and he won't stop there.
