It is preceded by 7.1.2: Break Out and succeeded by 7.1.4: Usurp.

Carina: Fisk is a creep, but he wasn't lying. The energy the ISO-Sphere gives off is pretty obvious at close range, and he doesn't have the means to hide it. Carina: So we're back to a single name... Schmidt. The Red Skull hasn't made waves since his Cabal was dismantled. Carina: However, subtlety does not equal benevolence. And with a guarded fortress like this, I'm having trouble believing he's doing anything benign. Carina: Let's knock and take a wander in, eh? See if he's just doing people's taxes these days, maybe? Carina: Taxes is acceptable human comedy, I hope. Still trying to figure out Earth jokes.

Caption: With alarms already raised from their entry, a familiar voice crackles in over the comm system.
Red Skull: I am not sure what you seek, Elder and Summoner, but know this: Red Skull: We do not fear you. But we do know what you are both capable of. Red Skull: By the end of this day, your powers will serve not the Cabal... Red Skull: ... but Hydra! Carina: Well, you can't say he isn't confident. Keep them busy, I'll see what I can dig up!

Carina: Check this thing out! Why would Red Skull have one of Stark’s Hulkbuster units here? Carina: I’d ask “how?” as well, but let’s be real: he leaves these things all over the place. Carina: Looks like they couldn’t get it running. Caption: *Bing!*
Carina: Uh oh.
Hulkbuster: ///SECURITY PROTOCOL ACTIVE. Hulkbuster: ///LOCAL THREATS ESTABLISHED. Hulkbuster: ///SECURITY PROTOCOL PAUSED. PACIFICATION PROTOCAL ACTIVE. Carina: Well, Tony would probably be happy if we scrapped it, right? Let’s go!
Red Hulk: Dead end, kid. Red Hulk: I'll bet it looks odd. A patriot like me, working with Johann Schmidt while he cries about a Hydra revival? Red Hulk: He's got his eyes on the prize, but I don't walk away with nothing: imagine an army of Hulks, under my control. Red Hulk: We could whip this place into shape faster than you could, sweetheart. Red Hulk: 'Course, that's only once I take you two out of commission. Carina: Unlike you, the Battlerealm isn't for sale. Sorry, but we'll be waking you up from your little daydream.
Vision (Aarkus): Stay your hand, Summoner! You know not what you do! Carina: This guy doesn’t seem like a “Hydra” type... Vision (Aarkus): I know our crimson friend is rough around the edges, but he believes in law and order! Vision (Aarkus): The Battlerealm is a chaotic place, and he has the strong hand needed to bring it to heel. You’ve been here longer than I, surely you understand! Carina: Oh, boy. Red Skull is not who you think he is, sir. Vision (Aarkus): Your polite tone is welcome, miss, but if you and the Summoner seek to prevent the stability that Mr. Schmidt intends to bring... Vision (Aarkus): THEN WE SHALL COME TO FISTICUFFS!
Carina: A supersoldier program, an army of Hulks, Stark tech... Carina: Everything except an ISO-Sphere. Carina: Either way, I think it's for the best that we smashed that place up a bit. We're gonna need to keep an eye on these guys. Carina: I managed to scrounge up some data from their archives; it seems like the Cabal might not be as dead as we thought. Carina: Red Skull broke off to try and rebuild Hydra, but it looks like they had eyes on the location of their former allies: Carina: Omega Academy.
