Round Two is the sixth and final Quest in Act 6 Chapter 2: Guidance, and was released on June 12, 2019.
It contains 1 center path with 8 split paths, and ranges from 9 to 21 Opponents per path. This Quest has a unique design which allows the player to take up to 4 split paths per run; factoring in the gates it is possible to fully explore the Quest in 5 runs. The Champion (Power Stone) 
serves as a unique boss for this Quest, with enhanced abilities in addition to his base ones.
The Quest originally contained 4 gates requiring 4x 5-Star Skill, 4x 5-Star Science, 4x 5-Star Mystic, and 4x 6-Star Champions respectively; these gates were removed on June 8, 2022 as part of the Act 6 updates.
It is preceded by 6.2.5: Mistrust and succeeded by 6.3.1: The World of Today.

The Grandmaster: ... that is, true, isn’t it? Come with me. The Grandmaster: My concern is simple, my dear niece: there is just no room for two Elders of the Universe in the Battlerealm, let alone three! The Grandmaster: And while I find your precociousness endearing, your powers are bringing undesired chaos to my Contest. The Grandmaster: You and your merry little band will cease your actions, now. Carina: ... or what? The Grandmaster: I had hoped you would ask.

The Champion (Power Stone): THE CHAMPION IS HERE! AND HE IS READY TO RETURN THE PAIN AND SHAME BROUGHT UPON HIM PREVIOUSLY! The Collector: ”Not enough room for three Elders,” you say, and yet you levy a fourth! The Grandmaster: We both know Tryco is a blunt instrument, Taneleer. Don’t be so precious about it.
Doctor Strange: An Infinity Stone; with this lunatic?! Are you mad, Grandmaster?! The Grandmaster: Oh no, it’s quite the simple plan. Empower my boisterous brother, bring you to a location where the stones resonate, and have my problems dealt with.

Carina: Your “problems”, huh? Is that all I am to you? The Grandmaster: No, you are my family. Which is why when we’ve put all this unpleasantness behind this, you will be custodian to my Contest. THE CURTAINS ARE CLOSING ON YOUR CHAPTER IN THE BATTLEREALM!
