It is exclusive to Vulture .

Trivia

• Prior to Update 31.0, Vulture inflicted a Thermal Feedback Debuff on his Special 2, Burning a portion of all Power gained and dealing proportional Direct Damage. This was replaced with Siphon Burn after Vulture's rework.
  • Unlike other Debuffs, Thermal Feedback was cyan in color. Alongside Siphon Charge, they were the only Debuffs to not be red in color.
