• Stagger was first introduced in January 2016 (Update 6.1) in a tune-up to Juggernaut . It remained exclusive to him for a year until The Hood 's release in February 2017.
• Buffs removed by Stagger count as a Nullify effect, and trigger the Mystic Dispersion Mastery.
• Despite its functionality, Stagger is not prevented by Nullify Immunity. A notable example would be Galan , who can still have his Buffs Nullified by Stagger.
