Story Milestones are items that unlock rewards, titles and give permanent account upgrades based on account progression.

History[]
- The first Story Milestone to be introduced was Uncollected in early 2017. Unlocking the milestone upgraded the free daily Crystals[1] as well as replacing other Crystals with Uncollected versions, improving their rewards.[2].
- In November 2018, the Story Milestones of Contender, Proven, and Conqueror were added, introducing rewards, offers and discounts more relevant to players' account progression.[3].
- On March 13, 2019, with the release of Act 6 Chapter 1, the Story Milestone of Cavalier was released.[4].
- On October 1, 2020, the Story Milestone of Thronebreaker was released. [5] For the first time, players not only had to progress through story content, but also needed to have a certain amount of rankups to obtain the milestone.
- On May 4, 2022, the Story Milestone of Paragon was released. [6]
- On November 15, 2023, the Story Milestone of Valiant was released.[7]
