Superior Fist is an unplayable Cosmic Champion exclusive to the Story Events M.O.D.O.K., Mo' Problems, Howard and Hyperion's Holiday Hijinks, and Hotel M.O.D.O.K..

Superior Fist is a combination of Superior Iron Man and Iron Fist. As such, his moveset is a combination of Superior Iron Man's moveset and Iron Fist's moveset.

- Out of all of the Champions created by M.O.D.O.K., Superior Fist has appeared the most, since he is the only one who appeared in Howard and Hyperion's Holiday Hijinks.
- Superior Fist is one of nine unplayable Champions exclusive to M.O.D.O.K., Mo' Problems. The others are Boltagon the Accuser, Cyverine, Darren Cross, Electro Luke, Frank Strange, Spider-Witch, Star-Kang, and Unstoppable Ant.
