Thanos Enters is the sixth and final Quest in Act 3 Chapter 2: Mysterious Origins, and was released on December 10, 2014.
It contains 6 paths and has 7 Opponents per path. Completing this Quest will award the player with the Proven 
Title and Story Milestone.
As part of the Prologue Initiative, this Quest was redesigned with updated battles, dialogue, and rewards, and was moved from the sixth Quest of Act 3 Chapter 4: Thanos' Challenge to its current position on November 10, 2021.
It is preceded by 3.2.5: The Original and succeeded by 4.1.1: Realm Reborn. Before the Prologue Initiative it was preceded by 3.4.5: Fearless.

Maestro: You are nearly out of Champions, and barely a victory to show for it. Maestro: For someone who spent so much time belittling Kang, you seem content to repeat his mistakes. Maestro: What now, Thanos? What bravado do you have left?
Thanos: I WILL ENTER THE ARENA. Maestro: Yes... yes, of course you will.

Captain America: You hear that, Summoner? Looks like Thanos is taking this into his own hands.
Iron Man: It'll be a serious brawl, kid. But I think you've more that proven you can handle it. Captain America: We've managed to break many Champions-- even some of the ones you fought-- out of the ISO-Spell. Iron Man: Between Strange's magic and a good bonk on the head, it doesn't seem to be permanent. Iron Man: We'll be cheering you on, Summoner. Put on a good show!

Thanos: Erstwhile allies, to competitors, to gladitorial foes... Thanos: Quite the narrative we've woven, Summoner; but the moment of truth has arrived. Thanos: Do you have the strength to rule? Do you have the faith to destroy? Thanos: DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO DEFEAT THANOS?
This dialogue is no longer present in this quest and is presented here in a historical capacity.
Thanos: THIS CANNOT BE.
The Collector: Oh, but it is. The Summoner has you in an intractable position Thanos. But you still have one option. Thanos: FINE! THANOS WILL ENTER THE BATTLEREALM! Thanos: AND THANOS WILL WIN!
