In the new Story Event, M.O.D.O.K., Mo' Problems, we see several amalgam characters that are combinations of characters we've already seen. While whether or not these characters will eventually be added is entirely up to Kabam, and people will bitch endlessly if they are added, these are all the new characters that we see.

- Star-Kang — Star-Lord + Kang the Conqueror
- Superior Fist — Superior Iron Man + Iron Fist
- Unstoppable Ant — Juggernaut + Ant-Man
- Cyverine — Wolverine + Cyclops (New Xavier School)
- Electro Luke — Luke Cage + Electro
- Frank Strange — Punisher + Doctor Strange
- Spider-Witch — Spider-Gwen + Scarlet Witch
