Who Shot The Hulk is the first Quest in the first Chapter in the Story Event The Immortal Hulk.
It is succeeded by Shadow Base.

Iron Man: I don't know, Widow. You seriously think Hawkeye could take down the Hulk? Black Widow: You have the body in your lab, Tony. We've done the autopsy. Black Widow: The arrow destroyed the hypothalamus in Hulk's brain, shutting down all autonomic functions. That took precise targeting. Iron Man: Fine, so Hawkeye could do that. It still doesn't mean he would. The Clint Barton we know would never kill a man in cold blood -- much less a fellow Avenger. Black Widow: We could be facing a Clint Barton we don't know... yet. Time is fluid here, Tony -- remember? Black Widow: In the Battlerealm, the only constant is the battle. Be on your guard.
- Transmission #1 - Upon starting the Quest
Hawkeye: Natasha. I guess I know why you're here. Black Widow: We found this arrow in the Hulk's brain, Hawkeye. It's one of yours, isn't it? Hawkeye: I didn't build it, if that's what you're asking... Black Widow: You know what I'm asking, Clint. I don't care if you made this arrow. I care if you killed a fellow Avenger with it. Hawkeye: Wait -- Widow, there's more to this than you know about -- Black Widow: I don't care about the whys and wherefores either. All I want is a yes or no answer -- did you do it? Black Widow: DID YOU KILL THE HULK? Hawkeye: ... Hawkeye: Yes. Black Widow: Summoner -- put this man under arrest.
- Transmission #2 - Before fighting Hawkeye
Hawkeye: Okay... that really hurt. A lot. Black Widow: Don't whine, Barton. The Summoner used an appropriate level of force for a murderer. Hawkeye: Murder? Bruce begged me to fire that arrow. Even then, I wouldn't have done it if he hadn't convinced me that -- Black Widow: Wait. You're saying Bruce made that arrow for you? To shoot him in the head with? That doesn't make any sense, Hawkeye -- Iron Man: Uhh... Widow? I just checked the remote cameras in my lab, and... Remember how I had the Hulk's body stored there? Iron Man: Well, now I have an empty slab and a big hole in the wall. Either someone stole the body, or... Hawkeye: Oh, no. That's way ahead of Bruce's timetable. Hawkeye: Look -- I'll tell you guys everything, but... Iron Man, you've got a gamma detector in that suit, right? Turn it on. Hawkeye: If the Hulk's alive... we need to find him now.

Hawkeye: Bruce had a theory that the Hulk was much tougher than we thought. That he could be beaten -- but he'd always come back. From anything. Black Widow: You're saying... the Hulk can't die? He's immortal? Hawkeye: I don't know. Bruce said something about seeing a green door after some of his battles -- ones that should have put him down for good. Iron Man: So you shot him in the brain with an ISO-8 arrowhead? That's a pretty severe bench test. Hawkeye: I wouldn't have done it if Bruce hadn't sounded so scared. He... he said it was only a measure to slow him down. Hawkeye: He said there was a Hulk inside him more powerful... more ruthless... than any he'd seen. Hawkeye: A Hulk who could stare into you and see every weakness. An Immortal Hulk.

Iron Man: Well, we're coming up on a large-scale gamma being right now -- let's hope it's the Hulk we know. Iron Man: False alarm, folks -- it's only Sasquatch. I always forget he's a gamma guy, too... Hawkeye: Look at his eyes, gang. Whoever... whatever is in there... I don't think it's Sasquatch.
Sasquatch: NO. NO, IT'S NOT. Black Widow: Lord above... that... voice... Sasquatch: LORD ABOVE? NO... QUITE THE REVERSE.
