Guillotine: What the hell is she talking about? Carina: Your guess is as good as mine. Carina: I'm worried she might know how to use the ISO-Sphere better than she's letting on. We need to hurry!

Carina: Magneto! Back so soon?
Magneto (House of X): Soon? Hmm... you must've run into my younger counterpart. Chasing relics to reinforce himself, I'm sure. Magneto (House of X): Sadly, he isn't always wrong. I would prefer peaceful cohabitation, at least with Krakoa as our home... Magneto (House of X): ... but here we are, a mutant once again pulled into conflict by the whims of humans and otherwise. Magneto (House of X): I will be taking that sphere, and the mutants will watch over it. I ensure its safety and responsible usage. Carina: You know I can't let you do that. Magneto (House of X): Then we are at odds. Summoner, are you prepared for a round?
Gwenpool: Now, as we all know, stakes are key to compelling conflict. The higher, the better! Gwenpool: So I told everyone here that all the people they love are in danger, and the only way to protect them is to win a battle royale-style showdown! Gwenpool: (The winner-takes-all high concept, not the game genre.)
Guardian: And to be frank, I don't buy it. She's nuttier than a dozen double chocolates. Guardian: But I'd be lying if I said I wasn't incentivized to play along with the lunatic carrying the all-powerful galactic thingimajig. Guardian: If she's telling the truth, I can't risk the fallout. You understand, right? Guardian: Just let me put you all down for a quick nap, and I promise I'll find us a way outta here.
Guillotine: Mon dieu, she is not making this easy on us… Guillotine: You are both well, I hope? Carina: Tired and increasingly agitated, but I'm starting to appreciate the Summoner's work in the Battlerealm a lot more. Carina: Hope you're up for a few more fights, buddy. I get the feeling we're just at the start of Ms. Poole's "quest."
